My favorite new food find!


I LOVE Birdseye steamed vegetables!! My kids and I eat them as snacks! Honestly they do! I've bought the green beans,corn,broccoli, mixed veggies,brussel sprouts,& cauliflower! Steaming vegetables is the best way to cook 'em for many reasons. Steaming lets veggies retain their nutrients and vibrant colors, and it eliminates the need for oil (and all the calories that go along with it). With Birds Eye's new Steamfresh line, cooking up perfect veggies has never been easier. Just pop a bag in the microwave for about five minutes, watch it puff up, and voila -- perfect, gorgeous, steamed veggies every time. Have you tried them? What do you think? What's your favorite?
